Jak dlouho m\u00e1 takov\u00e9 objet\u00ed trvat?<\/p>\n<p>\u201ePot\u0159ebujeme \u010dty\u0159i objet\u00ed denn\u011b, abychom p\u0159e\u017eili, osm objet\u00ed, abychom norm\u00e1ln\u011b fungovali a dvan\u00e1ct, abychom rostli,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1vala respektovan\u00e1 rodinn\u00e1 psycholo\u017eka Virginia Satirov\u00e1. Tato poetick\u00e1 metafora je potvrzena v\u011bdeck\u00fdmi studiemi. Objet\u00ed a podporuj\u00edc\u00ed doteky jsou nezbytn\u00e9 pro na\u0161i fyzickou i du\u0161evn\u00ed pohodu i \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-54\" title=\"Objet\u00ed\" src=\"http:\/\/www.donaruce.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/objeti.jpg\" alt=\"Objet\u00ed\" width=\"320\" height=\"\" \/>Lidsk\u00fd dotek je d\u016fle\u017eitou slo\u017ekou pln\u00e9ho a napln\u011bn\u00e9ho \u017eivota. Je to na\u0161e psychologick\u00e1 a fyzick\u00e1 pot\u0159eba. Dotek pom\u00e1h\u00e1 d\u011btem r\u016fst a dosp\u011bl\u00fdm rozkv\u00e9tat. D\u00e1v\u00e1 \u00falevu p\u0159i bolesti a odstra\u0148uje \u00fazkost. Podporuje na\u0161i psychologickou odolnost.<\/p>\n<p>Mnoho lid\u00ed ztratilo kontakt s dotekem. V sou\u010dasn\u00e9m rychl\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b nem\u00e1me \u010das na dlouh\u00e1 objet\u00ed, podp\u016frn\u00e9 doteky \u010di rozmazluj\u00edc\u00ed mas\u00e1\u017ee. \u010c\u00edm v\u00edce jsme p\u0159ipojeni na virtu\u00e1ln\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b, t\u00edm v\u00edce jsme odpojeni od skute\u010dn\u00e9ho lidsk\u00e9ho kontaktu. V na\u0161\u00ed kultu\u0159e se nav\u00edc obj\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed moc nenos\u00ed. Pro mnoho lid\u00ed je st\u00e1le objet\u00ed, pokud nejde o d\u00edt\u011b \u010di jejich partnera, dokonce n\u011bco zapov\u011bzen\u00e9ho.<\/p>\n<p>S dotekem a objet\u00edm se \u010dasto pracuje na semin\u00e1\u0159\u00edch osobn\u00edho rozvoje a je vid\u011bt, jak jsou mnoz\u00ed lid\u00e9 po doteku doslova vyhladov\u011bl\u00ed. P\u0159es po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed rozpaky v\u011bt\u0161inou v\u0161ichni roztaj\u00ed a postupn\u011b se z nich st\u00e1vaj\u00ed zap\u00e1len\u00ed obj\u00edma\u010di. Vymazlen\u00e9 d\u011bti jsou v\u00edce odoln\u00e9 proti stresu i v dosp\u011blosti. Pokud chcete n\u011bco ud\u011blat pro budouc\u00ed generace, obj\u00edmejte je, dokud jsou je\u0161t\u011b mal\u00ed.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nLidsk\u00fd dotek dok\u00e1\u017ee uzdravovat. Klinick\u00e9 v\u00fdzkumy uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee v\u0159el\u00fd dotek dok\u00e1\u017ee ulevit od bolesti a z\u00e1rove\u0148 napom\u00e1hat procesu uzdravov\u00e1n\u00ed. Pro\u010d tomu tak je? Jak oxytocin pronik\u00e1 do na\u0161eho t\u011bla, je doslova schopen urychlit uzdravuj\u00edc\u00ed procesy a r\u00e1ny se mnohem rychleji hoj\u00ed. Hormony uvol\u0148ovan\u00e9 objet\u00edm podporuj\u00ed pozitivn\u011b tak\u00e9 n\u00e1\u0161 imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m.<\/p>\n<p>Objet\u00ed dokonce pom\u00e1h\u00e1 zm\u00edrnit existenci\u00e1ln\u00ed strach ze smrti. Ide\u00e1ln\u00ed objet\u00ed m\u00e1 trvat dvacet vte\u0159in a v\u00edce. Nejm\u00e9n\u011b tolik \u010dasu je pot\u0159eba, aby se zv\u00fd\u0161ila hladina oxytocinu na pot\u0159ebnou \u00farove\u0148.<\/p>\n<p>Na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed pokud n\u011bkoho obj\u00edm\u00e1me, m\u00e1 to tu v\u00fdhodu, \u017ee to nen\u00ed jednosm\u011brn\u00fd akt.
